  • Photo ID

    Driver's licence, passport, or proof-of-age. We use Stripe Identity to verify it.

  • Bank or PayID

    Where your wage lands. PayID (mobile/email/ABN) gets paid in ~60 seconds; BSB+account is the fallback.

  • ABN

    Required to pick up shifts (you can browse and finish onboarding without one). If you don't have one yet, our /w/abn-guide walkthrough takes ~5 minutes — free, government-issued, yours for life.
